Cycling for a healthier future!

We are Chris & Gabs, a couple of intrepid cyclists, and on the 9th of July 2018 we set off from The Nightingale Centre in Manchester England on our World Cycling Tour. We are cycling 100,000km across all 7 continents of the world “including Antartica!” whilst raising awareness and funding for our charity “Prevent Breast Cancer”

there will be NO planes, trains, or automobiles, only bicycles and boats!

We cycled from England all the way to Thailand to find ourselves caught up in the global pandemic in Southern Thailand, where we spent 7 months locked down on Phi Phi Island living with the native Sea Gypsies, soon after we hit the road and have been traveling ever since.
110 countries and 6 continents later and we are once again back visiting the country of Georgia

As some of you may know, we have been constantly travelling the world for over a decade, and to date our journey has taken us across 115 countries and 6 continents. This has included cycling around the world, trekking and motorcycling across some of the worlds most remote and harshest environments.

Throughout our travels we have been testing a multitude of equipment through all types of terrain, and in some extreme weather conditions.

Cascade Designs began over 50 years ago with the simple idea of providing a more comfortable night outdoors, and have now grown to become the parent company of some of the most respected brands in the outdoor industry worldwide.
