We’re still here on our little paradise island!
Gabs has been given a few books so she’s happy, I’ve only read 2 books in my entire life, so I’ll stick to the fishing! 😊
As there’s no cars on the island I’ve not been able to use our multi fuel stove, but yesterday a local fisherman gave me some boat fuel, so we can start using the stove again, it saves us having to make a fire when you just want a quick snack, so we now save the driftwood we collect for when we need a big fire for the bigger fish!
Today’s meal is yellow snapper fish cooked in fresh coconut water and lime, followed by a pancake, yes, a pancake! not had one of these since back in Italy, over one and a half years ago! 😋
