We are making the most of our local farmers market here in Ceprano Italy, before hitting the road again!
We’ve always believed that Europe has a much better variety of fresh produce, than that of Asia and the rest of the world, and it has, especially all the cheese, fruits and vegetables 😍
We try and avoid the big commercial supermarkets, and buy food from local markets, and the smaller independent grocery stores, it’s always much fresher, and they also sell those ‘Wonky’ shaped fruit and veg, unlike the big supermarket chains that have to follow stupid EU regulations 🤷♂️… although in some countries, it can be much more expensive, but we’ve been pleasantly surprised how cheap it is here in Italy at the local markets, and then there’s all the local delicacies, such as the truffles and fresh pasta 🥰 it sure is great to be back in Italy 😊
