Georgian Delights

We just love these Georgian delights, they are called Churchkhela, made by threading walnut halves onto a piece of string with a needle and cotton, that are then dipped in grape juice called Tatara or Phelamushi, which is grape juice thickened with flour, then dried in the sun, thereโ€™s so many flavours, and you see them everywhere in Georgia!
