We just love these Georgian delights, they are called Churchkhela, made by threading walnut halves onto a piece of string with a needle and cotton, that are then dipped in grape juice called Tatara or Phelamushi, which is grape juice thickened with flour, then dried in the sun, there’s so many flavours, and you see them everywhere in Georgia!
