New Film – Thailand (Part 1)

So here we are in Thailand, our 27th country! this film is our Thailand Part 1, as we are still here on lockdown, living on a small island in the south called Phi Phi Island.

We crossed the border from Cambodia into Thailand on the 26th February, just as all the borders were slowly closing due to Covid-19, so it was a bit of a dash to get to where we currently are.

Our route firstly takes us through Pattaya and Bangkok, we then headed south following the coast where we eventually got a boat and sailed to Koh Samui, after that we cycled across the leg of the country to Krabi, then sailed across to the beautiful Phi Phi Island, which is where we are today, we arrived on Phi Phi on the 22nd March, so we’ve been here for almost 3 months.

Just as we arrived at Phi Phi all borders had closed and the boats stopped running to the island, so we have been on full lockdown, but in paradise.

We are living next to the sea gypsies and a few of the other local Thai people on the island, they have taught us how to live off both ocean and land, as you will see from this film.
