Khao Phanom Bencha National Park

Today we went for a short trek around a section of the Trail we are running in September at the Khao Phanom Bencha National Park, super tough is an understatement! the trail is so steep! we need to get more mountain training done in the next 2 weeks! 😳 but what a beautiful place.
