So here we are, it’s the night before tomorrow’s Krabi International Trail Run, at the Khao Phanom Bencha National Park in Krabi Thailand, we are prepared and ready to go!
I’m in the 43km at 5:30am in the morning, and Gabs will be following in the 22km at 6am, notice the extra KM’s, they miscalculated the trail 🤣.
With a total elevation of 1032m, the majority of this being towards the end, just look at the profile! 😳
So tonight we are camped in the Jungle ready for an early start.
