A day in Anagni – Italy

2 years ago when cycled through Montepiano in Italy we met with a lovely couple called Charles and Lalla, theyโ€™ve been following and supporting us ever since, so when they heard we were coming back to Italy to collect Comet they invited us to their home. So today we cycled to a very old medieval village called Anagni, which is at the top of a very steep mountain!
Charles and Lalla kindly invited us into their home, with their family, and made us a traditional Italian lunch, it was fantastico! ๐Ÿ˜
Later in the afternoon they showed us the sights of their beautiful village including the Cathedral which dates back to 1104.
It was a perfect day, and to finish it off Charles and Lalla made a very generous donation to our charity Prevent Breast Cancer
